This is another one of my adaptations of a concept art, I really like to do these things, and I'm very grateful to the author (but I don't know who he is :c ) anyway, my workflow was to start blocking and making booleans in Blender, texturing in Substance Painter, creating the high mesh in Zbrush, and rendering in Marmoset Toolbag... I know, a lot of programs but I guess the final result, it's worth it.
